   Set The Table           Step one :  Decide exactly what you want. If the ladder is not leaning against the right wall every step we take just gets us to the wrong place faster. Step Two : Write it down. Think on Paper Step Three : Set a deadline on you goal; set sub deadlines if necessary. A goal or decision without a deadline has no urgency. It has no beginning o end Step four : Make a list of everything you can think of that you are going to have to do to achieve your goal. As you think of new activities , add them to your list , keep building your list until its complete. Step Five :Organize the list into a plan. Organize the list by priority and sequence. List all task that needs to be done in order. Step Six : Tale actions on your plan immediately. Do something do anything.  Organize your days around large blocks of time so you can concentrate for extended periods on your most important taska

 Make a habit of moving fast on your key tasks. Become known as a person who does things quickly and well.

 Set clear priorities, start immediately on your most important task and then work without stopping untill the job is 100 percent complete. This is the real key to high performance and maximum personal productivity.
